Return of Unwanted Items:
We hope you will be completely happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, our returns policy is 30 days from the date of purchase and, providing you are eligible, a refund will be honoured. Please note that any delivery costs paid (i.e. UK Mainland orders under £40 or UK Offshore orders) are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 30 days that you wish to cancel your order and return the item. Please provide your order number and our helpful customer services team will provide you with the UK returns address (which can vary by product). To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in a re-saleable condition and in its original packaging. We also require a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.
Please note you are responsible for arranging and paying for the safe return of your unwanted item. We recommend you insure the package and use a tracked delivery service.
Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within three working days.
If the item was a gift and shipped directly to you, or if you would prefer an exchange, we will email you a gift certificate to the value of your returned item.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please notify us with details of the fault, along with your order number, and our customer services team will be happy to help.
If the item develops a fault within the guarantee period, we will replace the item for you. The guarantee period is one year unless otherwise stated in the manufacturer's leaflet.
We shall be responsible for covering the cost of delivering the replacement item to you. Please note, if a replacement item is not available we shall offer you a refund.
Damage in Transit:
We have carefully selected our delivery partners due to their high level of service. Please inspect your item on arrival and in the unlikely event it has been damaged please either refuse the item or sign as ‘damaged’. Please notify us within 48 hours so we can liaise with the delivery company. We shall send a replacement item to you as soon as possible, providing we have stock available.
